RMHC-CNI respects the privacy of its donors and is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. RMHC-CNI may collect personally identifying information about raffle participants for such purposes as processing your ticket request, contacting winners, or otherwise responding to your customer service requests, as well as establish, maintain, and manage our relationship with you.
RMHC-CNI reserves the right to share this personal information with Children’s Memorial Hospital as a co-beneficiary of the Raffle for the same purposes as those listed above.
Additionally, RMHC-CNI may provide your personal information to reputable third-party organizations for the sole purpose of helping us fulfill your order.
Aside from the aforementioned exceptions, RMHC-CNI does not copy, reproduce, publish, post, distribute, share or sell, the name, personal contact information or description of donation or donor to any outside individual or business.
RMHC-CNI may be required to disclose your personal information to outside third parties if ordered by a local or federal court through court order, subpoena, or applicable state or federal law.
